Thanks, the welds were certainly not pretty! Just shopping around for migs again today, looking at 100A or preferably a bigger 150A with a better duty cycle - I have a lot to do on the sills, everything else is more or less solid, especially the floorpan surprisingly, but am going to cut out the sills and replace from arch to arch so it's completely sorted!
