2002 jimny key

I have put my jimny up for sale,but I can't find the other key ( put it some where safe lol).The key I have is just a grey Suzuki key,just looks like a normal key with no responder or anything in it.Could this mean I just get another key cut??

The transponder is built into the key, you can get it copied at a locksmiths, I have used Timsons a few times.
Some Suzukis and a bunch of motorcycles.
