Looks like some fairly standard poor welding/painting from the suzuki factory :laugh:

If your buying it i would use it to knock a couple of hundred quid off the price and use that 200 to buy some decent underseal. Get it cleaned off and painted up. The welds are the first thing to start rusting. A 2015 low miles car shouldnt have any serious issues (yet!)

J999 MNY, ULYSSES M18 VVT with ITB's Dyno tested at 130hp

Pickup/tipper, R7me gearbox & 6.4 Rocklobster, 31" Toyo MT, 2x ARB air locker 3.9 diffs in braced axles, 6" total lift, Floating rear conversion, Raptor painted, CB, Recaro's, Caged, etc, etc...

Many thanks for the replies so far. Viewing from the top of the engine bay and only having the phone image provides limited information. This appears to be in front of the crumple zone S shape, so I am guessing it is a non load bearing section of the chassis?

Would like to get involved with East of England Peterborough area owners if there is any sort of group?
