After doing a few things on my new(to me) Jim the next thing I want to save up for are some sort of tyres which will allow me to take her off road mainly green lanes near me. What sort of tyres would you guys suggest and roughly how much? I'm working on a tight budget so will probably be part worn anywhere online that sells cheap used tyres?
Thanks again guys in advance much appreciated

The other issue is age. Those tyres were 4 years old when I sold them. I've seen similar tyres in sizes/tread patterns that haven't been available for at least 10 years being sold with 'plenty of life left in them'. You really don't want to be spending money on, or driving around on, 10+ year old tyres!
I'd hunt around for a good deal on some decent quality tyres rather than try to save money on the things that make the biggest difference to how your truck will perform off and on road. I paid £400 for my first set of BFG KM2s and sold them for £200. So it cost me £200 for 45,000 miles/4 years of daily off-road use, green laning, pay and play sites etc. That's pretty cheap in my book.

I personally wouldn't use part worns, unless absolutely no choice, as you have no idea of the history and how they've been treated. At minimum I would be looking at remoulds, but again for me, as the tyre is the only contact with the ground/road I will always fit new tyres.

Remoulds have their place but wear quickly for daily use.
