Hi all,

I've been looking at getting a Jimny as my main car is getting battered by potholes and full of crap from the 2 jack russels!

I have seen one with MOT until October with current advisories:

Rear Fuel Pipe/s corroded all fuel pipes corroded but not leaking at time of test ()
Offside Front Brake pipe slightly corroded (3.6.B.2c)

How much could these cost to fix at a garage and how likely are they going to lead to MOT fail?

Apart from gumtree, autotrader and facebook where can i look for used stock jimny's as there doesn't seem to be many about

I dont want to spend a lot on repairs etc, is this likely to be the case with a jimny 85k miles and onward?

Thanks

Depends where you live, if your Bradford area Wyke Motors always have 10-15 on stock.

All i can say is read through the buying guide on here
Get yourself familiar with the rusting areas
Also be aware of recently under sealed jimnys
If they don't have before during and after pictures tp prove it wasn't rotten
And drive a few before buying
