(which is having a 40mm lift, Yokohama Geolandar ATs and 20mm wheel spacers... of course!)

So, that leaves my current daily driver Jimny -
... to be the next project! (the Buggy is therefore delayed some more, again

The Jimny already has a 2" lift on it and standard size Maxxis Trepadors, but I want to re-build it with 'laning in mind, so the intended spec' is :-
3" JimnyBits Springs, Shocks, CC'ed Radius Arms, Panhards
ORA Winch Bumper (they've supplied it bare so I can have it silver powdercoated to match the o2 trim)
Warrior 9000HS (High Speed) winch with plasma, with remote control installed in it
SJ410 transfer box in cradle (thanks to Vitara-Mad!) to correct the gearing for the
Malatesta Kobra tyres in 235/75/15 (will steal them off the Vitara towards the end of the build)
ORA-supplied Roll Hoop, Cross-Brace and Stays (it's a soft-top with a hard-top after all)
Rear ARB Air-Locker (was intended for the front of the buggy)
Front LSD (coming out of the Vitara towards the end of the build)
More soon as the build commences...

You really should consider a Goodwinch TDS winch instead of that Warrior winch, unless it's already on the shelf

Would like to hear more about that buggy. Is it a space-frame buggy, built from scratch ?
+3" Trail Master. Fox 8.0" R/R shocks. ORA HD winchbumper. Warn M8274 Ox-motor + Hellfire gears, Delta-Tek mainshaft and freespool, overvolted. 33/9.5 R16 Silverstone Extreme. 5.14:1 ratio SJ transferbox in RW cradle. OMP rollcage.

Yes, sort of... I'm keeping Zukhini whilst I build the Jimny up... but then at the end I'll be stealing the wheels and tyres, front LSD, my waterproof bucketseat, and CB out of Zukhini and fitting them into the Jimny... the Vit will then be retired as it's already got 128k on the clock!

Warrior winch is sat here as it was destined for the buggy...
The buggy is my old Vitara "Stealth" that's had an NCF Outbak kit car cage added to the top -

Also, ironically, bought from "Vitara-Mad" on here...
So that's got a rear lockright, crawler box, and a Calmini "Anvil" front axle to go on...
But I've stolen the ARB for it... and the winch...

Stripped the rear seats and carpet out, which gave me room to...
Sketch the roll hoop that the ORA are bending up for me...
Intended feet positions, so that I can bolt through the floor to sandwich plates underneath...
And stripped the front suspension out - castor corrected radius arms (in the for sale section!), 2" lift springs, shocks, panhard... all ready for new ones going in soon... strip the rear soon too, time and weather permitting!

Blog link above... even took the new red GV for a quick trip over Houndkirk Moor on the way to pick up -
Rockwatt built transfer box collected from Sponnie

And thursday night was a bit quiet in my (real) shop, and I had the iPad and a can of Stella to hand, so started browsing - as you do - and ended up buying a new reg for the Jimny...
The text under the reg reads "A LIFE LONG OBSESSION" - the plate (is meant to) says "S-zookys" !
